The honest summary

If you submit our lead form, we receive the details you filled in — your name, work email, phone number, company, emirate and sales-team size — and we use them for one thing: to contact you about the MXP AI Lead Conversion Desk. This page also carries Google Ads and Meta advertising tags, which tell us whether an ad produced a visit or form request. These tags do not receive your name, email, phone number or the content of any conversation. You can switch measurement off below, and we never sell your data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is MXP Digital, an AI sales-infrastructure company established in Brazil and operator of the domain mxpmkt.com.br. MXP Digital delivers services to clients in the United Arab Emirates remotely; it has no UAE establishment.

2. What we collect

2.1 Data you give us in a lead form

When you submit the instant form attached to one of our Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ads, or when you email us from this site, we receive:

full name;
work email address;
phone number;
company name;
the emirate your business operates in;
the approximate size of your sales team;
the campaign, ad set and ad the enquiry came from.

Meta collects this on our behalf through its lead-generation form and makes it available to us. Meta's own handling of that data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

2.2 Advertising measurement on this site

This page loads the Google Ads tag (ID AW-18426131812) and Meta Pixel (ID 1427771945528981) so that we can tell whether advertising spend produced a visit and an enquiry. Google Ads receives a conversion event only after the server accepts a valid form request. These requests may include the page address, date and time, browser and device characteristics, IP address, campaign parameters and the platforms' own attribution identifiers.

We do not pass your name, email address, phone number or any conversation content to either advertising platform. Measurement is browser-side only, so switching it off below prevents these tags from loading on later visits.

2.3 What is stored in your browser

3. Why we are allowed to use it (legal bases)

Lead-form data: your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
Advertising measurement: legitimate interest in knowing whether our own advertising works, balanced by the opt-out below and by the fact that we send no directly identifying data to the platform.
Records of communication: legitimate interest in keeping a record of commercial correspondence, and compliance with accounting obligations where a contract follows.

Where UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) or the EU/UK GDPR applies to you, this policy is intended to satisfy the corresponding transparency requirements; Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD) applies to MXP Digital as controller.

4. Turning measurement off

You can disable the advertising pixel for this browser at any time. The choice takes effect immediately on the next page load and is stored only on your device.

Switching measurement off does not affect a lead form you have already submitted, and does not stop us replying to you.

5. Who we share it with

Google LLC. — operates Google Ads and its browser-side conversion tag.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — hosts the lead form and operates the advertising pixel.
Our email and hosting providers — to receive, store and reply to your enquiry.
Authorities — only where we are legally required to, and only to the extent required.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. International transfer

Data collected in the United Arab Emirates is processed in Brazil and, through Meta and our hosting providers, in the European Union and the United States. Transfers rely on your consent for the enquiry itself and on contractual safeguards with those providers. Brazil is recognised by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of protection.

7. How long we keep it

Lead-form and email enquiries: up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised — unless a contract requires longer retention.
Measurement data held by Meta: governed by Meta's retention rules for pixel and lead data.
Browser storage listed in section 2.3: until you clear it.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to a particular use, and to withdraw consent. Write to kayrus@mxpmkt.com.br and we will respond within 30 days. To stop hearing from us, reply "unsubscribe" to any message and you will not be contacted again.

9. Security

Access to enquiry data is restricted to the people who need it to respond, transport is encrypted (TLS), and credentials are held in restricted storage. No system is immune; if a breach is likely to affect your rights we will notify you and the competent authority as required.

10. Children

This offer is addressed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, write to us and it will be deleted.

11. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date means the current version applies.
